Our Climbing and Abseiling activities are provided for both beginners and the more advanced.
The courses take place using the local sea cliffs at Swanage and Portland. If you have another venue in mind in another part of the country, this may also be possible. Qualified Staff, equipment and transport will all be provided on each course. Abseiling is part of any rock climbing session and is fully included in the cost of the activity.
This activity is available only for group bookings.
Climbing Wall for Hire
Hamworthy owns a 7 metre high climbing wall available to hire for private and public events. Whether you have a school fete, fair, team building exercise or community event – our climbing wall is an excellent addition to any event.
Charity Abseiling
The centre proudly organises sponsored abseils for charity. These take place on the water tower at Mannings Heath. As the first organisation to do so on this location more than 20 years ago, we have continued to raise money in over 80 of these events.
